Part Time bookkeeper that will also maintain a purchase order register is needed for a fast growing apparel production company.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is detailed, organized, and systems comfortable. This part time job can/will evolve to a full time job as we are growing fast. Our company is a fast-paced and entrepreneurial. The environment is relaxed.
Responsibilities include:
• Developing financial reports and tracking systems setting up the financial infrastructure by using QuickBooks, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Word. Candidate will organize and maintain a comprehensive business purchase order registry and maintain corportate financial books.
• General company book keeping: A/R and A/P receiving and keeping track of payments; managing incoming invoices; generating invoices for commission payment and to retail customers; processing expense reports.
• Reconcile bank statements, Preparing financial reports including monthly and yearly revenue for tax purposes.
Hours are flexible but we will need 20 hours per week...(preferably 4 hours per day., 5 days per week....or, 5 hours per day, 4 days per week).
Qualifications:
• Experience in bookkeeping
• Experience in administration
• Efficient, organized, detail-oriented
• Independent, self starter and flexible
• Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, Microsoft outlook, Word,
